It's called Miin Korean Cosmetics. They have recently opened the store just a year ago. It's located in Carrer Pau Claris, 110, 08009 Barcelona.

They also have a website. They offer a variety of korean products: skincare, makeup, masks, accessories, and more. They also have the most popular brands: 3CE, Etude House, Holika Holika, Innisfree, Missha, Tony Moly, The Face Shop, Skin Food and more.
Another store that has korean cosmetics is Primor. They have more than 50 shops all over Spain, but in Barcelona there are only two:

1. Centro Comercial Maremagum, moll d'Espanya 5.
2. Centro Comercial Gran Via 2, Avinguda Gran Via 75.
It's difficult to find their korean cosmetics, usually they have it on the shelves, just in a corner. There is not much variety (products) in the shop but in their website (link above) you can see a lot more.
It's nice to have physical stores so you can try and see the products. But the prices are quite expensive, because if you buy directly from Korea you will probably face some restrictions like late deliveries and Spanish customs duty.
